Nestled in an idyllic setting, our villa offers everything you need for a dream holiday:

The swimming pool is professionally maintained, and the heating system can be controlled remotely, ensuring maximum comfort from the moment you arrive.

Sleeping arrangements

The villa can accommodate up to 11 guests + babies:

3 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed
1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, perfect for younger guests
1 comfortable sofa bed in the living room
3 bathrooms and toilets, making things easier for everyone during busy mornings!

The house is equipped with one baby kit, including a travel cot, potty and high chair. However, the bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate several little ones with your own baby equipment.

For the safety of younger children, the stairs are fitted with safety netting, and the pool terrace has several access points that can be closed and reopened as needed.

The villa is ideal for family gatherings and can comfortably accommodate 2 families with up to 7 children, or 3 families: 3 couples, 5 children + a baby.

It is also possible to accommodate 4 or even 5 couples with few or no children. However, please note that both the house and the neighborhood are particularly quiet and are not suitable for party weekends (late-night parties, hen parties, stag parties, etc.). Excessive noise or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Pets are not allowed and the villa is non-smoking.

Wi-Fi is included to keep you connected, and a garage is available for bicycles, as well as a private parking space so you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

Located on the edge of a pine forest and just a few minutes from the beaches, harbor and local shops, our villa is the perfect base from which to explore the wonders of the Blue Coast (Côte Bleue).
