Located on the first floor (no lift) of a gated, secure residential complex, the studio offers a magnificent sea view and all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
You will find:
• 🛏️ A double bed and a comfortable sofa bed
• 🍳 A fully equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, fridge, crockery, etc.)
• 🛁 A bathroom with shower and toilet
• 📺 A television and Wi-Fi
• 🚗 A private parking space within the complex

🌊 Ideal location

Verdon beach is just a few metres away, perfect for swimming and sunset strolls.
The village’s shops, restaurants and cafés are within walking distance. This means you can fully enjoy local life without needing to use your car.

• The studio does not have air conditioning, but it remains pleasant and well-ventilated thanks to its proximity to the sea.
• Non-smoking apartment

A couple, a small family or two friends looking to enjoy the seaside in a peaceful and authentic setting.

The price of your stay includes a final clean and all bed linen (bed and sofa bed), namely:
Fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, 1 large bath towel per person, 1 bath mat and 1 tea towel.
The bed will be made up on your arrival, except for the sofa bed.

We also provide a starter pack including 1 roll of kitchen roll, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid and a welcome coffee pod.
